"On Tuesday, August 4, 2009, the trial court granted WiFi Wireless, Inc. a
new trial on all issues and vacated the jury verdict entered in favor of
Avalon RF, Inc. on February 10, 2009. 'The court's decision upholds the
rule of law and the processes that govern orderly jury trials in our
courts. We look forward to presenting our case to a jury not tainted by
improper testimony or questions,' stated lead counsel Mr. Close. A new
trial date has not yet been set."
