Rob Scott is a former Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year award recipient and will serve as a national judge for the 2008 awards competition. Scott joined Colubris as president and CEO in early 2007 with more than 27 years of outstanding leadership experience. Prior to Colubris he was president and CEO of Xelor Software, where he moved the company's headquarters to the U.S. and launched its new software solution for IP telephony and voice over IP service quality management. Before joining Xelor, Scott served as president and CEO at IPeria, a provider of network-based voice messaging applications.
